1. Launch the computer then constantly press the F8 key before Windows is loaded.

1. Start the computer then open the Run Command, type the “msconfig” in the research box then press OK.

1. Open the Task Manager window by click on the Start button then open the Run command, type “taskmgr” in the search box then press Enter.

1. Click on the Start button to open the Control Panel.
