AtuZi was a tricky infection which could intrude into the targeted computer with improper means, such as being concealed in other software packages and downloaded together by the innocent users. Once AtuZi got the ticket to sneak into the computer, it would have the ability to install itself without permission. Most of the users might not notice the AtuZi infection until they received tons of pop-up ads and sponsored lins from it. Since the purposive AtuZi adware successfully installed in the targeted system, it would start to achieve its evil purpose by displaying a mass of advertising links or banners with links to the innocent users, showing them various commercial information about promotion sales, coupons, special offers, etc. In this case, more and more innocent users could not resist the temptation about the favorable offers from AtuZi, so they blindly clicked on those ads links and intended to go for a visit, walking into the traps set up by AtuZi adware without knowing.
Being tempted by AtuZi pop-up ads and traped in those unsafe websites, most of the innocent users mistakenly considered the AtuZi was actually beneficial for them by providing so much useful commercial information. In fact, immoral cyber crooks would work with the AtuZi in order to make a fortune from the innocent victims. As the users gradually trusted the pop-ups and sponsored links released by AtuZi, this malicious virus could suddenly become the accomplice for the criminals, constantly transferring the innocent users to the specified fraud sites, then the cyber crooks would try their best to badger with the victims, inciting them to purchase the goods and make transactions there. Under this circumstance, both the AtuZi and the evil cybercriminals would have the chance to make exorbitant profits from the users. Even so, there were still so many innocent users confused by all the preferential price and getting hooked by small advantages, resulting in enormous losses.
AtuZi could fool the innocent users all the time, and it could also screw the computer system easily. Since this malware got installed into the computer, the system would be put in safety hazards all the time. Because AtuZi had modified the system settings without authorization so as to avoid being detected by those installed antivirus or antispyware, the computer protection was already weakened. In this case, without the ability to resist malicious attacks, more and more unwanted virus and malware would take advantage of this occasion to get into the compromised system without scruples. As time goes on, with more and more malicious invaders sticking in the system and taking up the resources little by little, the computer system would be overused and end in collapse soon. In that way, all the important files and data remaining in the computer would be ruined and that could be another irreparable losses for the users.
